1. Agreement
By creating an Ítsika account, you affirm that you have read and agree to this App Agreement, the Ítsika Terms of Service, and the Ítsika Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the service.
2. Ítsika is a tool
Ítsika is a software and artificial-intelligence tool designed to assist with information, research, ideas, organization, analysis, creation, planning, and other tasks.
Ítsika does not make decisions for you. You make your own decisions and remain responsible for how you use the service and its output.
3. Artificial intelligence can make mistakes
Artificial-intelligence systems, including Ítsika agents, can make mistakes.
Generated responses may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, misunderstandings, fabricated information, incomplete information, or other errors.
Output should not automatically be treated as fact simply because it was generated confidently or appears detailed.
4. Independent verification is recommended
You are responsible for evaluating information provided through Ítsika.
Important information should be independently verified using reliable sources before you rely on it or act on it.
For important decisions, additional research and appropriate professional review are strongly recommended.
5. Professional advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, Ítsika is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
AI-generated information should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, engineering, mental-health, safety, or other specialized professional advice.
When professional judgment is appropriate, you should consult a properly qualified professional.
6. Emergencies and high-risk decisions
Do not rely on Ítsika as your sole source of information for emergencies, immediate threats, safety-critical situations, or other matters where incorrect or delayed information could cause significant harm.
Use appropriate emergency services, authoritative sources, and qualified professionals when circumstances require them.
7. Your decisions and actions
You remain responsible for decisions you make, actions you take, instructions you follow, communications you send, transactions you authorize, and other uses you make of information or output obtained through Ítsika.
You are responsible for determining whether generated output is appropriate for your particular circumstances.
8. Code, commands, files, and computer changes
Ítsika may generate or discuss computer code, terminal commands, configuration changes, downloads, files, scripts, or other technical material.
You are responsible for reviewing technical output before running or installing it.
You are also responsible for appropriate backups, access permissions, credentials, security precautions, testing, and recovery procedures before making changes to your systems or data.
9. User-provided content
You are responsible for files, text, images, instructions, data, and other material that you upload, submit, or provide to Ítsika.
You should only provide material that you have the right and authority to use and process.
You are responsible for considering whether sensitive, confidential, proprietary, or personal information is appropriate to submit to the service.
10. Generated content
You are responsible for reviewing generated material before publishing, distributing, submitting, selling, relying upon, or otherwise using it.
You are responsible for determining whether additional fact-checking, permissions, attribution, licensing, professional review, or other verification is necessary for your intended use.
11. Third-party services and resources
Ítsika may interact with, recommend, reference, or provide access to third-party websites, software, tools, providers, downloads, services, or other resources.
Third-party resources are operated under their own terms, privacy practices, security practices, availability, and risks.
You are responsible for reviewing third-party resources before using them.
12. No guarantee of output
Ítsika does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, current, suitable, error-free, or appropriate for every purpose.
The service may occasionally misunderstand a request, fail to complete a task, or produce unexpected results.
13. Service availability and changes
Features, agents, models, providers, integrations, usage limits, and other components of Ítsika may change over time.
Features may be added, modified, limited, suspended, replaced, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for operation, improvement, security, compliance, or product development.
14. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You should promptly protect or recover your account if you believe its credentials have been compromised.
15. Acceptable and lawful use
You agree to use Ítsika lawfully and in accordance with the Terms of Service.
You may not use the service to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, violate another person's rights, or engage in unlawful activity.
16. Responsibility does not override applicable law
Nothing in this App Agreement is intended to eliminate rights or protections that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
The Terms of Service contain additional provisions concerning the service, subscriptions, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
17. Privacy
Information about how Ítsika handles information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
Your use of the service remains subject to that policy.
18. Updates to this agreement
This App Agreement may be updated as Ítsika changes or as legal, operational, security, or product requirements evolve.
When renewed acceptance is legally or operationally appropriate, Ítsika may require you to review and affirmatively accept an updated version before continuing to use affected services.
19. Your acknowledgement
By affirmatively accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that:
- Ítsika is a tool and does not make decisions for you.
- AI agents can make mistakes.
- Important information should be independently verified.
- You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
- You should use qualified professionals and authoritative resources when appropriate.
- You have also reviewed the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
