AI-generated output
Artificial intelligence can produce incomplete or incorrect information. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for important decisions or publishing it.

Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans may renew automatically according to the billing interval presented at purchase. Pricing, included usage, cancellation options, and applicable refund information are presented as part of the commercial checkout experience.

Prohibited use
You may not misuse Ítsika, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate another person's rights, use the service unlawfully, or intentionally damage or compromise Ítsika or its infrastructure.

Service availability and changes
Ítsika may add, remove, improve, suspend, or modify features. Service availability without interruption or error is not guaranteed. Changes may be made for security, reliability, legal compliance, maintenance, or product operation.

Account suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address fraud or abuse, comply with law, or respond to a material violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property
Ítsika, its software, branding, interface, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted through the service, these Terms do not transfer ownership of Ítsika technology or branding to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ítsika and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages where such limitations are legally permitted.

Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Ítsika and its commercial offerings evolve. When required, appropriate notice of material changes will be provided. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Image and video generation allowances
How generations are counted
- Work is counted against the applicable image or video allowance only after the customer confirms a final result for that request or project.
- Drafts, failed attempts, abandoned generations, and versions rejected as unsatisfactory are not each counted as separate completed generations.
- Multiple attempts made within one request or project count once when an acceptable final image or video is confirmed.
- If no version is accepted, the applicable allowance is reduced once when that request or project is closed or generation work ends.
- A new request started after a completed or accepted project is counted separately.
- Monthly allowances reset with the applicable billing period. Unused allowances do not roll over unless Ítsika expressly states otherwise.
- “Unlimited” means there is no fixed monthly image or video count, subject to safety, acceptable-use, technical-availability, and anti-abuse protections.
